Every space in the flat should be left clean and tidy after usage, so the next flatmate can find a super clean, tidy & empty space for his/her usage, as if he/she would be the first ever user of that place.
Are you this perfectionist who was falling in love with cleaning and tidiness because he/she enjoys them for themselves as if they were art?
This is no joke, I mean it literally!

Registration is needed to get an official address for establishing a bank account, tax number and health insurance.
Nevertheless, I need someone who stays with us two or more years, but is registered somewhere else.

You can probably use a registration anywhere in Germany for your new study or job in Berlin.
We provide you with a postal address here, so all your letters can be redirected through the Deutsche post to us. This is independent from the location of your registration in Germany.

Can you remain registered e.g. at your parents, in your recent apartment, or ask around for registration at a friend or your employer, anywhere in Germany for 2 or more years? Did your landlord or friend already agree to this?

We are 2 flatmates here.
Because of COVID-19, I use the kitchen more or less alone because I am older and more vulnerable. Möglicherweise musst du auf mich warten, wie ich auch auf dich warte, bis die Küche frei ist. You may need to wait for me as I also wait for you, until the kitchen is free.
The other flatmate is friendly and communicative who may happily join you while you use the kitchen.
We are all healthy. It is just Corona prevention what we practice here.
In this sense we also do not have parties here.
