Hi dear,
I'm subletting my furnished room since I will be in Brazil from November till middle January.
I am Carine, 29 years old, working and studying in Berlin. Your flatmates are two really nice guys, that often spend time in the kitchen cooking, playing chess or card games, or just drinking wine or beer while we are chilling.
We normally speak both languages, German and English. They are very respectful and easygoing.
Rapha is German, 27 years old, originally from Frankfurt, he works as a Marketing Manager in the fashion scene and Alejandro is from Mexico, 27 years old, he is writing his Bachelor thesis and working in the marketing field.
The flat is a super cozy and nice atmosphere. We have a furnished bathroom, kitchen, and a small living room.
The room is light and spacious with all the needs that you would require and the furnished is pretty new.
The total renting cost is 580 EUROS. This is a fair price that I am currently paying. It also includes a bi-weekly cleaning service. The Kaution is 150 EUROS.
Kreuzberg is a very nice area with good connections. There are 2 parks nearby (Treptower and Görlitzer). They are good spots to go outside during corona time. We also have supermarkets and a lot of spätis around.
