Hello,
Daniel (28) and I, Felipe (28) are looking for a new flatmate. The room in question is a 20 sqm partly furnished room containing most of my own furniture, since I'll be moving into the third room of the flat, which is also still furnished. As I was planning on renewing a few of my furniture items, I am flexible about what stays and what goes.
As of now the room is only available for 4-5 months. Yet, as the title says, there is a very high chance of an indefinite extension. The reason for this being that my friend and ex-flatmate moved away, but will not know for the next ~4 months with a 100% guarantee if he can stay where he is now. In case things go south, he needs to be able to rely on his old room. Even though the chances of this happening are slim, the offer of something indefinite cannot be giving as of now :(
10 minutes walking distance to U Bahn: Gneisenaustr., Südstern, Prinzenstr., Hallesches Tor. Right in the middle of all of those. M41 bus stop right out the door.
A few words about us. Daniel and I work "standard office hours", being able to maintain a healthy mix between office work, and home office. Outside of work, we try to keep keep ourselves occupied as much as the current situation allows it. Ongoing interests in the summer are climbing, playing ping pong, lakes bit of skating here and there. Social contacts to a healthy yet responsible extent :). As long as this pandemic bullshit is going on, we tend not too have too any people over, and would like to keep it that way (this refers mainly to big-ish party like gatherings).
This has been a very superficial summary of the situation, but already I'm way over the "recommended" length for this text. Too long didn't read version: We looking for one (1) nice flatmate :)
Wir sprechen beide fließend deutsch, ihr könnt uns auch gerne auf der germanischen Sprache kontaktieren.
As we are both native spanish speakers, and speak in spanish to each other, massive plus points are given out to spanish speaking folks :) This, however, is not an exclusion criteria.
If you are interested, write a little bit about yourself. Don't forget to change the name of the recipient at the start of the text! I for one made that mistake over and over back in my flat searching days hehe. I have no idea how many messages we will receive. If they happen to be many, I apologise in advance if I don't reply to some of you!!
Un saludo revolucionario
Felipe u. Daniel
