WG Zimmer im Berliner Bergmannkiez

Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr schön ! Sie wurde vor drei Jahren vollständig renoviert, hat aber trotzdem diesen urigen Altbauflair. Vor allem die riesige Wohnküche mit modernster Ausstattung überzeugt, und mit zwei Bädern und zwei Balkonen hat man hier echt viel Platz. Die Lage ist einfach traumhaft, mitten im Grünen am Viktoriapark, umgeben von süßen Cafés, coolen Bars, Bio-Läden und hippen kleinen Geschäften. Und die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind echt gut angebunden, damit kann man die Stadt super leicht erkunden. Die Bergmannstraße ist quasi um die Ecke und direkt gegenüber ist der Viktoriapark.

Wir sind Cassian und Laura, ein Paar Mitte 30. Wir leben seit jeher in WG-Konstellationen und finden das super. Laura hat ein Kind, 10 Jahre alt, das Teil der WG-Crew ist. Es ist die Hälfte der Zeit unter der Woche nach der Schule und jedes zweite Wochenende auch da. Außerdem gibt es bei uns noch den 3-jährigen Zwergpudel "Bo", der sehr verschmust ist.

Cassian arbeitet im Bereich Marketing, ist systemischer Coach und studiert aktuell nebenberuflich Positive Psychologie. Er ist all good vibes, Meditationsjunkie, sportlich und eine social-bee.

Laura ist Schauspielerin, Regisseurin und Stage Coach. Sie liebt offene und ehrliche Kommunikation, setzt sich für Female Empowerment ein und ist durch und durch eine kreative Seele.

Wir sind keine Party-WG, für Spiele- und Kochabende aber immer gern am Start!

All in sind es 820 Euro, keine extra Kosten (und Möbel sind zur Nutzung im Zimmer bereits vorhanden, falls du sie brauchst. Der Schrank muss in jedem Fall bleiben, haha). Gern zeigen wir die die Verträge für Miete, Strom etc. - the costs are real - ist leider ein neuer Mietvertrag und die Gegend sehr begehrt.

We rent out a 24 square meter room (unfurnished, furnished or partially furnished upon request) in our 156 square meter shared apartment in Berlin's Bergmannkiez for interim or long-term rentals. We are very flexible and are happy to have a new person with us in the so-called “Villa X-Berg”.

The apartment is really beautiful! It was completely renovated three years ago, but still has that rustic Altbau flair. The huge kitchen-living room with state-of-the-art equipment is particularly impressive, and with two bathrooms and two balconies there is a lot of space here. The location is simply fantastic, in the middle of the green at Viktoriapark, surrounded by cute cafes, cool bars, organic shops and hip little shops. And the public transport is really well connected, making it super easy to explore the city. Bergmannstrasse is practically around the corner and Viktoriapark is directly opposite.

We are Cassian and Laura, a couple in our mid-30s, living as a WG ever since and consciously choosing that lifestyle. Laura has a child, 10 years old, who is part of the shared apartment crew. It's there half the time during the week after school and every other weekend too. We also have the 3-year-old toy poodle "Bo", who is very cuddly.

Cassian works in marketing, is a systemic coach and is currently studying positive psychology part-time. He is all good vibes, meditation junkie, sporty and a social bee.

Laura is an actress, director and stage coach. She loves open and honest communication, is committed to female empowerment and is a creative soul through and through.

We're not a party apartment, but we're always happy to host games and cooking evenings!

All in all it's 820 euros, no extra costs (and furniture is already there for you to use in the room if you need it. The closet has to stay in any case, haha). We would be happy to show you the contracts for rent, electricity etc. - the costs are real - unfortunately it is a new rental contract and the area is very popular.
