Hey guys I am renting out my room as I am taking vacations in Match and April. Maximum stay ist from the 2nd of Match Till the 23th of april.
Total price for one month ist 450€. The Second month is only 20 days so that month will cost 300€ . If you only stay a Fey dass, Minimum of 3 days, Rent ist 18€ for a night plus a final cleaning Fee of 30€.
The Room catches the afternoon sun, which is quite long and nice during the summer. I love my plants and would be happy if you like watering them :) otherwise my flatmates can take care of them.
Kitchen is fully equipped, plus there's a soda stream and an old radio (:
Bathroom got everything needed as well, there's also enough towels in case you don't bring your own.
Our flat ist near to schlesisches tor and Görlitzer Park, there are lots of Cafés and Restaurants, you will stay in the middle of Kreuzberg (:
Looking forward!
Our flat is located in Wrangelkiez, one of the most hyped areas of Berlin, meaning there is plenty of bars, restaurants, cafés everywhere around. Also, notorious Görlitzer Park is next door, as well as huge Treptower Park in walking distance. Kotti and Warschauer Straße (S) are reachable within a 15-20 min walk as well, or you take the U-Bahn which is less than 5 min away (U1/U3). Of course there is also heaps of Spätis around (:
Nevertheless our small street is super calm with benches to dwell on, but life is kinda exploding everywhere around, especially now after the opening.
There are 2 other very nice people living in the flat. They are easy going sweet people, you will love them!
