Hi guys,
I'll travel to Asia for two months, therefore I'd like to sublet my room. The room and also the flat are fully furnished. The area is very quiet and still in the centre. There are two parks nearby. One is the Viktoria park which you can reach by 8-10 mins walk. The other one is Gleisdreieck park which is just in front of the flat. Three supermarkets and two train stations are nearby. It's just a very great location in a nice neighbourhood.
My flatmate is very easygoing, super clean and respectful. I've been living with him for about half a year and we had zero problems or any discussions. Yes, here is not a party flat. If you're looking for an easygoing & quiet place in the city centre to stay, here is just the right place for you.
