Hello, I am subletting my room due to work abroad FROM 20 MARCH UNTIL 30 APRIL.
The flat is an Altbau with high ceilings. Big living room with connected kitchen, 2 bedrooms. one bathroom and spacious hallway. The room I am renting is 17qm with a balcony. The bedroom is fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe, and "home office", including a standing desk and screens. The living room and kitchen are fully furnished with sofas, armchairs, and a fitted kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine. It's a comfortable flat for 2 people. Preferably looking for someone working/studying in Berlin.
Please note there is a soundproofed door connecting the two bedrooms.
Location is perfect, REWE, EDEKA, LIDL, Organic Company are right around the corner (5 to 10 min walking). Bergmannstrasse is at 7 min walking distance with many bars and restaurants, metro (S-Bahn and U-Bahn) at 5 to 7 minutes. Viktoria Park and Glaisdreick Park are also very close for walks, jogging or longboarding :)
You would be sharing the flat with my roommate, Stefano: "I am a young professional and work as a product manager. I am a very easy-going, opened minded and clean guy, I like to chill at home with some good books or nice movies. I also like sports (running, bouldering, playing football, watersports). I work Mon-Fri, sometimes from home. On the weekends I may go out with friends or prepare some special food. I've lived in many wg-s and I was so lucky to still call all my former flatmates friends. I would like to keep and make this flat a place that we can call home and share time together but also have individual space. I am half Italian half Ecuadorian, raised in Venice. I lived in Germany (Berlin, Hamburg, Passau) for 6 years now and loved it so far. I must admit needing 1/2 months under the sun of the south to feel good. I speak English, Italian, Spanish and have the B1 in German."
Cleaning has to be organised so that both feel comfortable.
