We're a New Zealander and an Australian looking for a third person for our sunny 4th floor three-bedroom WG in lovely Wrangelkiez, 10997, Kreuzberg. We're both in our 30s and busy with our own things, but we have the occasional meal or drink together. Rent is 390 Euros per month which includes gas, electricity, Internet, and the Rundfunkbeitrag.
What we need from you: we need someone who is willing to go on the contract, and for that due to Deutsche Wohnen's terms we need someone who earns 1900 Euros after tax per month, and have proof of income for the last 3 months. Even if we agree to take you as our flatmate, it will ultimately depend on whether DW agrees to the contract change. Once we find someone suitable we'll try to submit the application as soon as possible, aiming at an official moving-in date of the 1st of July. Also the flat is meat-free, so no preparation, storage, or consumption of meat in the flat.
