Since i will be traveling for a summer vacation outside over a month, i'd like to find a kind and nice subleter who'd stay in my room.
A big and bright room in the two room paratment is available for sublet from the 25th of July until the 20th of August.
You will be living with a kind and gentle korean woman as a roommate in the meantime, she can communicate in enlgish and you will have your own room but would need to share a toilet and kitchen with her.
On the hallway, there's a fridge you can also use. The room includes a glass table, chair, double bed, pan, and some plants that gives a more lively vibe in the room.
Any further questions, happy to answer. Internet, heating, water - everythig is included in the 500 Euros.

It's located at the urbahnstr. 8 minutes away from U8 Schonlein str and 9 minutes away from U8 Hermann platz, which means that you'd be able to enjoy one of the main spots, bars, and cafes in the nicest area in berlin with walking distance.
U7 Sudstern and nice and wild Hasenheida park is also 6 mins walking distance.
The neighborhood is quiet so it's not really affected with the noise either so also perfect for something who'd like to balance some night outs and chill stay in days.
My roommate, Joe, she's korean who's working as a UX designer. during the day, she will be working from home yet very sincere and kind person and am sure you'd get along well with her. pretty cool as well.
