you need a room?
We have one free from 16th of February, in a spacious split-level flat.
Behind the door you'll find Daria, Alexandre and Alex.
Smoking is allowed but only on the balconies.
The flat is in Kreuzberg between Kottbusser Tor and Landwehrkanal.
We appreciate a more quite atmosphere, meaning this is not supposed to be a party flat. Alexandre from France moved in approx. 3.5 years ago, Daria from Russia just moved in recently and I have been living here since 2010.
It is not a "Zweck"-WG, but at the same time we all have our own lifes. Anyway, meeting in the kitchen and talking about this and that, as well as a common diner from time to time is very welcome.
Please be aware that the room is rather small (approx. 13m²). But the plus is that it is located towards the backyard of the house, without any street noises.
If you are interested just send a message. Please consider that I unfortunately will not be able to answer all of them, even though I will read all of them carefully...
Btw., if you just need the room for a limited period of time we can discuss that as well.
