Well arranged and organize apartment but I don't bake 😉

Room

Hey dear seekers!

We have 3 rooms available in our shared flat and are looking for a new roommate.

The room is approx. 20 m² in size, with laminate flooring and high ceilings. The windows face east towards the street. It is rented furnished.
Luckily, the rental contract begins from the end of November 2022 until a new agreement is reached, so we are slowly looking for an apartment/flat share again.

location

The 3 room apartment in the old building is on the last floor and has a total of 125m^2. In addition to the kitchen and bathroom, there is also a basement compartment and plenty of storage space within the apartment. Bicycles can be parked in the yard.
The entire apartment was renovated about A years ago.
The apartment is less than 5 minutes walk from Viktoriapark. The beautiful Bergmannstraße and the Gleisdreieckpark are also not far away. For shopping, Lidl, Aldi and Rewe are a 10-minute walk away. A Späti is 2 houses further.
S+U station is Yorckstrasse (U7, S2, S25, S26 + buses), with the 140 also stopping at Viktoriapark, and the M43 at Dudenstrasse.

WG type

I'm PAUL 57 years old and German. I finished my engineering contract in Barcelona at the end of August this year and am now looking for a suitable floor plan to start building my own company where I can create jobs for the willing and ambitious! . I really like playing some musical instruments but I don't like baking that much 😊 am a very open minded man because as a father of a family I hear a lot in the house from the wife to the kids even if sometimes it sounds blah blah blah I'm sure , some with kids may relate 😉 but don't worry dear seekers because you won't be staying with my family and neither are you staying with the just move out roommate, who goes by the name ERREZ and he's 39 and originally from Mexico...... . .. . ............. Guti is currently working for a tech company in Munich and wants to settle his family disputes that is why he had to move out

We are looking for someone who enjoys cooking together, going to a bar or inviting friends over for a beer to spend a relaxing evening. We think it's nice when you can tell in the apartment that someone lives there, so you shouldn't look for a purpose-built flat share. I think it is superfluous to explain that we naturally also respect the privacy of others. Cleaning should also not be a foreign word for you.

Other

These housing costs consist of the fact that we furnished the apartment together 2 years ago when we wanted to move into our other family apartment due to the size of the family. Of course, you are also a co-owner of the items. That would be e.g. the washing machine, kitchen shelves, the furnishings in the bathroom and much more. We would tell you more about it when you apply to visit.
