I’m looking for a flatmate for the next 2 months. After this time the place will be renovated from February on, so everybody needs to move out. The apartment is located between Kottbusser Tor (U8) and Görlitzer Bahnhof (U1/U3) stations. Very well located and surrounded by bars, restaurantes, grocery shop, etc. We have 3 rooms (another one might be rented as well from January), 1 bathroom and a fully equiped kitchen. So you’ll live with me and another flatmate. The apartment is in the 3rd floor. No Anmeldung.
I’m Carmen, 33y, brazilian, I consider myself friendly and easy going, I appreciate privacy but I also enjoy spontaneous meetings with friends. I like cleaning but I’m not tidy all the time.
