We are renting 2 rooms with a total size of 33 square meters (24 + 9 sqm) together. The rooms are equipped with a king-sized or single bed, a working desk with a corresponding chair, a floor lamp and a large closet and a sofa.
In addition to your own 2 rooms, you and your flatmate share a spacious kitchen with a seating corner. Moreover, the kitchen is fully fitted with cooking equipment and utensils. Furthermore, there are two bathrooms. One has a bathtub and a rain shower. Both bathrooms just got renovated with exclusive materials and are in perfect conditions as the rest of the flat.
The apartment is perfect for working and living in one place.
Location
The location is great. Between Görlitzer Park and Maybachufer in a calm part of Reichenberger Straße. Community life in the house couldn´t be better. In summer people meet in the backyard for barbecue or brunch.

We are a relaxed community and quiet fun. As we live and work in the same building respect and tolerancy are even more important. We have a good mixture out of privacy and community life, i guess. If you are an open person it will be easy for you to join us.
