The room is a very sunny 31sqm room in a 3-people flat, located in front of the Hasenheide park, 3 minutes away from the Hermanplatz station (U8 and U7), in the heart of Kreuzkolln, a super central location in the heart of Berlin. The area is rich of nice bars, restaurants, markets and shops.
You will be sharing the flat with two lovely people: Clara, a 22-year old French student, currently working at a coffee shop, she is super passionate about music, movies, photography and arts in general, has an amazing collection of vinyl records that she loves listening to in her room; Kutay, a 27-year old Turkish guy, who works in a tech company and is also very passionate about music and clubs (he also runs his own events). They love to spend some time together in the kitchen/living room and have friends home for small gatherings, but they also appreciate their time alone.
The room comes furnished with a bunk bed, a super cosy and massive couch, a coffee table, a desk and a chair, as well as a huge wardrobe and a box shelves unit. The kitchen has been recently renovated by a Japanese architect and is very large, perfect to invite friends over for a dinner party. The house is also furnished with a washing machine, dish washer and all the standard amenities. The flat is on the third floor of a clean and pretty building which also has an elevator and bike parking spot in the courtyard.
The price for the room is 900 euros and includes all bills. The wi-fi speed is great and perfect for working from home. A cleaner at the flatmates' discretion but it is not included in the rent.
Finally, the contract would start from May 1st 2023 and would be until end of July 2024 with a possibility to cancel in advance with a 3-month notice.
Clara and Kutay are looking for a nice, clean and respectful person, it's a plus if you also love music!
