I am looking for a temporary, or possibly longer term tenant, depending on how good we can live together. The flat is not big and not fully furnishes, but ive done most of the job to have all the basics of living like fridge, washing machine etc.
The idea is that it is possible to seperate the room in a way that would make it feel more private if needed. For me its not necesary, as i am used to sharing a room with a friend.
Warschauer str is 35 minutes away from my place with S75, i have netto and rewe 2 minutes away from the place, close to nature, a forest in about 5 minutes of walk with outside workout stations.
The place is available immedietly, even doe i only have a thin 2nd matress.
the price is 400 warm, all inclusive, without registration. Since all my belongings are here, inlcuding a tv, i have to ask for 1000 euros of deposit.
My expectations of the ideal tenant is not much, take care of the stuff that you use, clean after yourself and clear communication. I dont care if you have a pet or smoke etc. In my head, i imagine this way of living like when i was in college, sharing stuff with my friends.
If this is all acceptable for you, i would be glad to show you my place.
A bit more about me: I am Viktor, 29 from Budapest and im living in Berlin for last one and a half years. I have been living in a wg most of the time here, so i am very used to living with others and respecting each others personal space. I like to cook, workout, study and much much more.
