It's time to move out and my room is now free!! ^^
Hello my name is David and I invite you to be the new roomie in our WG in Lichtenberg (3min walk to S+U Lichtenberg).
The room is 15m2, facing the street but quiet, when I first arrived the room was empty so I filled it with furniture and a bed, since my new home is furnished I would be willing to sell you the furniture for only 150€ (bed with mattress, curtains, desk, office chair, 2 shelves and a drawer).
You would be added to the contract so you could register in the property without any problem ( anmeldung ).
The rent is 720€ all inclusive and a deposit of 1.900€ is required after signing the contract.
You will be living with Josh (Australia) and Giulia (Italy), both roommates are very chill, clean and quiet, they usually do live in their rooms and we chat in the kitchen from time to time.
We need someone urgently starting this 1st of November.
