A bright and cozy furnished private room is available in a shared apartment starting from 1st June, 2024, for an unlimited period. It’s a large 5 bedroom apartment. There are currently 4 flatmates (2 girls and a couple). All flatmates are international people and come from different countries. 1 of the flatmate is a student while the rest are working professionals. So both students and working professionals are welcome! The monthly rent of the room is 650 euros. The rent includes all the utilities (hot water-electricity-heating-internet).
Amenities: The room has basic furniture including pallet bed, mattress, closets, side table, mirror etc. There he bathroom is shared with a couple whereas the kitchen is shared by all flatmates. As the apartment is located on the 15th floor, the room offers nice views of the city. The apartment also has a laundry room with a washing machine. The building has two elevators, providing easy access to the apartment.
Location: The apartment is located in Lichtenberg area, very close to Landsberger Allee. There re very easy connections to trams and S Bahn stations. The nearest tram station is located at a walking distance of 250m (4 minutes). Netto is located right across the street and Rewe, Edeka and dm are located at 7 minutes walk from the apartment. Distance to Alexander Platz 20 min by tram. There is also a very nice hilly park located just across the street.
A deposit of 200 euros will be taken to reserve the room. The deposit is returned immediately after handing in the room’s keys back if everything is fine with the room and is clean.
