Private room in a Flatshare at at Lichtenberg

General Info:
I am offering my room as I have a new opportunity elsewhere. The room is 10 sq meter. I no longer require my bed and can sell this for 100 euro, It is comfortable and a memoryfoam mattress. The rent is 560 warm, so this includes everyhing (heating, internet, etc.)

Location:
The apartment is located right on the U5 line and is a 3 minute walk away. The S-bahn is also a 10 minute walk aways, and you can reach Friedrichshain in 15 minutes. The neighborhood is very quiet.

Flatshare:
Your flatmates are 3 other people. Everyone here is working currently. Thus, most of time no one is at home during the day.They are all very nice and respectful people. We are an international group and anyone is welcome here. Right now, they come from The UK, I dia and South Africa. There are also no issues sharing the space, everyone is able to go about their daily life, cook when they want, and use any of the provided appliances.

The Flat:

The flat has a washing machine in the Bathroom, a dishwasher in the kitchen, and a balcony where you can relax in the summer or have a smoke. There is also a living room with a couch and TV. There is also a large balcony, and plenty of light gets into the room and the entire flat. You also have a basement storage space and bike room. In total the flat is 84 sq meters. This room, as stated, will come with the bed for 100 euro for your convince (unless otherwise stated). There is room for a desk, wardrobe, bed, and some other furniture.

The room will be available immediately more or less.
