Hi,
my name is Priscilla and I'll be subletting my room for one month from approximately July 20th to August 20th. You will be living with my lively queer French flatmate. He’s also in his 20s and really nice!
I offer my lucky future tenant a lovely and very bright 30qm private room. Since I’m moving I’ll take most of my belongings with you but you will have a queen size bed, clothing racks and selves for storage.
For now the pictures do look a bit full and messy (I have a lot of clothes ^^) but that's because I am preparing to move soon. :) I will clear my room so that you'll have space for all your things! So no worries ^^
The room has 2 big windows and one (door size) french window. The room is flooded with light, especially in summer.
The kitchen and bathroom are also fully equipped and very spacious. Even with a bathtub! :)
I am only accepting offers of people who want to stay the full duration (possible until end of July) and when you can pay the deposit. That’s important especially for my flatmate who wi be living with you.

Berlin Lichtenberg / Friedrichshain10 Minutes to S-Bahn or subway, if you catch the tram it's less.
UBahn/SBahn Frankfurter Allee or SBahn Storkoer Strasse.
- 15 min to Alexanderplatz with U5 from Frankfurter Alle or Ring Bahn that gets you everywhere very quick
- Supermrkets like REWE, Kaufland, Lidl are all very close. Depending on what supermarket you prefer 2 - 10 minutes by foot
- shopping center at Frankfurter Allee
- Beautiful Park with mini Lake to feed ducks or take a run
My friend Martin, who live next doors is the most easy going and lovely flatmate you could imagine.
He’s French, so speaking or being French or speaking English is a plus.
He enjoys cooking in the kitchen, but mostly spends time in his room.

BTW. I took the pictures when it was dark outside, so they don't really do it any justice. The light is amazing!
