The flat has two rooms. I do not know how it looks or what features it has besides a balcony. The flat costs around 950 warm. Excluding GEZ, internet and electricity as usual. So I am guessing in total about 1050 max. So 525 each.
Close to Lichtenberg S Bahn station.
So you'll be living with me, a 23 year old guy. I came to Berlin almost a year ago to study physics in my masters programme. You would not think I was a physicist though. And I really don't want to have to deal with the nerdy physics/programmer type where I am living.
I do play the piano and I plan on getting an E-piano. Don't worry though, I already promised to the landlord I would use headphones :D. I am doing as much sport as I can. Recently fighting, bouldering, skiing and so on.
I played improvisational theatre for 5 years, so don't be surprised if you meet some hung over Kinski impression in the kitchen before your morning coffee.
Who would I like to live with ?
For my and the landlord's sake you should want to move in long term. I do not want to live in a flat together, if there is no connection. Purpose flats (?) become quite unbearable.
I guess there should be a cleaning schedule, but who opposes that anyways.
I have a potential two room flat that I can move into starting February. However I do need a flatmate for this. If I can find someone within the next few days (presumably at latest 14th of January) that I think I can live with and who can proof some financial reliability to the landlord lady then we can move into the flat. I hope this does not sound too shady.
If there are people interested, we can meet and see if we could make it work and then meet the landlord.
