I'm looking for a new housemate as of June 15th (latest July 1st).
The apartment is spacious and is situated in a cute area in Lichtenberg and super close to supermarkets, public transport, etc. You're near Ostkreuz and Rummelsburg in a few minutes.
The entire building is very clean & there's a nice built-in kitchen in the apartment..
I'm looking for an uncomplicated housemate who is respectful. I'm quite chill, am no extreme neat freak (sure, we'd clean up our stuff after ourselves of course) and I would like to create an living space that is open, and where we can have a glass of wine now and then or chat in the kitchen.
I would like to start of with a 2 month period just to see if we fit each other. If that works out you can obviously stay long-term and do your anmeldung as the room is free :)
In my free time I like to make music (no worries, you won't have any noise complaints), go bouldering etc. I'm quite social and a creative person and think I'm quite easy to live with.
I am looking to live with someone who has some sort of responsibility - meaning you take care of the place, turn off whatever you have used in the kitchen, pay the rent in time and have a level of common respect towards the other person you live with.
I would prefer to live with someone who doesn't smoke regularly.
