In Lichtenberg, with many public transports. Tram and bus stop by the door, and S-bahn and U-bahn Lichtenberg at 7min walking distance.
Rewe and Netto at 5min walking distance, Edeka (opened on sundays) and Penny at 10min walking distance.
With nice green areas at walking distance, good bakery around the corner, as well as pharmacy, hospital and other services.
We are looking for a new flat mate who is nice, respects our privacy and boundaries, likes pets, keeps shared spaces clean and tidy.
Flat shared with 2 lovely kittens, 1 dog and 2 humans.
Pets are often free to roam in the flat, but you are welcome to keep you door closed if you do not want them in your space.
We are both 31 yeas old and we have been sharing a flat for 3 years.
Edouard is french, working in the video game industry (at the moment from home), relaxed, easy-going, responsible and respectful, enjoys his privacy. (owns the cats 1 girl and 1 boy siblings from April 2020)
Denise is portuguese, working in e-commerce industry from home, nice, organised, open-minded and bubbly personality(own the dog - girl, Shar-pei from May 2019).
We enjoy sharing a flat, we share the chores, we like to spend some time together.
For now the room is available for 2 months, there might be a possibility to extend.
