Welcome to our Drakeschloss ❤️
We are 6 people living together between 22&30 years, all are on our spiritual journey and care a lot about deep connection & healing, we love to host dinners with friends and play cardgames 🙂
Since one of our housemates who happened to be our main tenant/Hauptmieter is now moving out of Berlin we are looking ASAP for somebody new. This means that this is a real commitment that comes along with responsibility and we want to find someone that is a really good fit for us and vice versa 🙂
➡️Please know that in order to qualify as our new Hauptmieter you need to have a stable income (minimum 2-4K a month) and be able to proof that ! We already have one main tenant (but we need a second one) so you will be Hauptmieter together with her.
You can move in from anywhere between June and beginning of August !
Note: We have a second room free, so in case you are a couple, we can see about the possible option for you to move in together!
🌲🌞The flat is a really beautfiul large Altbau flat (217 sm) 1 min away from S- Lichterfelde West, 12 min to Schöneberg by train, and 10 min bike ride into Grunewald Forrest and an abundance of parks.
Schlachtensee is 10 min by train away and you can even walk to
Krumme Lanke lake 😍🌊💦
The rent is 541 € for the room + it has a beautiful winter garden.
30 € that are already included in the rent are used for communal expenses (internet, toilet paper, oil,...)
+ our living room is huge and super bright , we like to gather up with friends for dinner, hold
circles or occasional play improtheatre 🙂
+ we have a large kitchen and two big bathrooms!
We are looking for someone that is open, connected and wanting to start this new chapter with us.
