Hi everybody
this room is perfect for anyone who wanna stay some weeks in Berlin living in the green outskirts but with easy access to the city center!
The room is part of a student dorm complex. All the flats are organised as a shared apartment with 6 people (mixed). The room is quiet and the window goes to the green backyard full of trees (no street). Public transport is two minutes away (bus) or 15 min (city train).
The room is fully furnished (desk, bed, shelves) and the apartment has a large balcony.
For those of you who work out there is a gym in the basement of the building that can be used for free.
The laundry is in the neighbor building and a washmachine costs between 2,50 and 3€. Drying machines are there as well.
Your flatmates are from all over the world.. and the house is part of a complex of four houses each of them a separate dorm. So our apartment is rather calm (my room is not suitable for party) but in the other buildings/flats is often meetings and party going on if you wanna socialize without going to the city center.
The room is available for the month of march. Rent is 300€ all inclusive. Some of my belongings will remain in the room I will arrange space for you in the shelves and on the desk however.
