I have a 4-room apartment in Märkische Alle, and I would love to rent out 2-rooms to one person. You are free to do whatever you want with the rooms, turn one into your working space, wardrobe or living room, and have one as your bedroom. In this case, the rent would be 750€.
Your rooms - 2 unfurnished renovated rooms, a 12 qm2 and a 18qm2 room for yourself alone. The rent for both is - €750 and a caution of €1.000 (this is open for conversation regarding the payment type).
However, I can rent out 2 rooms individually, and this would be 500€ each for the rent. But I would prefer to rent it to one person.
Commuting - The apartment is literally a 1-min walk to the S-bahn, and you need 20 mins to get to Warschau straße and 30 mins to Alexanderplatz without having to change trains.
Apartment - The apartment is newly renovated, please see pictures attached, and would be rented out unfurnished. However, I can provide a single bed for you at the start. You should feel at home, but please no loud parties or sort, but feel free to play music to your taste, have friends over and live freely.
---The apartment is with registration.
Location - The area is surrounded by nice green parks for lovely walks, and you have different gyms very close by, Mcfit is 15 mins away and the likes. A very big Lidl is directly behind the house which is a 3 mins walk, and you also have Rewe opposite Lidl, and some nice bars, kiosks and imbiss very close by. And you have the east gallery and a mall in just 3 stops.
Flatmate - I, Yoko Joshua Okojie, would be your flat mate, I am a corporate sustainability manager and a stylist. I like to get creative with fashion and enjoy nice, deep and educative conversations. I am a very easy going person and like to live stress-free. I enjoy cooking and having a good time.
