The room is in a bright and large old building where everyone can withdraw if they want. There is no lounge, but the flat share has a fairly large kitchen that can be used as a common lounge. My room has very high ceilings and a large window front. These ensure that the room is incredibly bright, which is very important to me personally. Especially in summer the room is literally flooded with light. Due to the old building, it is still pleasantly cool. The room is rented partially furnished. The room has a bed, shelves, a closet and curtains. If you feel addressed by my ad, just write to me. I'm happy for you!
Visits are possible by arrangement.
The apartment is part of an old Berliner building. This is displayed through the very high ceilings and the stucco (plastering) in my room. To me the best part about the room is the fact that in the summer months a lot of light floods the room. Combined with the big windows and the aforementioned high ceilings you get a room with an overall warm atmosphere. Since I decided to travel for another month I only want to rent my room for this September. The room has everything that is needed. That includes a bed, a big closet and a bookcase.

The location of the apartment speaks for itself. Important stops such as Alexanderplatz, Zoologischer Garten and Berlin Hbf can be reached in a short time, but see for yourself and google the location. There is a bus stop right in front of our front door, the bus runs all night.
The apartment is only 5 min (with bike) away from the main train station Berlin and you can get to any place really fast( Kurfürstendamm 12 min). Furthermore you will find a bus stop right next to our entrance( you walk less than a minute). The good thing about it, you can catch a bus the whole night. So there's always a way to come home ;)
