Your room: has around 13 m2, a double bed, a desk, a closet, shelves and side lights.
This is a shared flat, with 3 rooms, being one a living room, and 2 bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom with tube. They are completly separate and independent, bathroom with tube and a living room with a very nice view to the famous Berlin TV tower. The living room is oriented to the TV tower and has light and good ventilation, an elegant decoration with a TV
The guest room has a double bed with a desk and closet and it is very cozy. We will be sharing the kitchen and bathroom.

Other things to note
As the flat has no balcony, and I am not smoker, I prefer to have a non smoking guest.
The flat is located in the heart of East Berlin, with a post card view to the TV tower. Very close to the Cinema Babylon and the Volksbühne Theater and several options for shopping, nice bars restaurants and clubs.
Metro/tube U8 10 minutes away (Rosenthaler Platz)
Tram M2, M4, M8 2 minutes away (St Mollstrasse/Prenzlauer Alle)
Metro/tube U2 3 minutes away (Rosa Luxemburg Platz)
S Bahn stations Alexanderplatz 6 minutes away
Around 30 min to the airport Tegel direct by bus.
I am a very active person and like to go out cinema, restaurants, theater, travel etc. When I am at home I prefer to relax. Also I am often out due to my work, hence we woild be probably seing each other from time to time. I like to have some interactions and exchange, specially different languages.
1. The room is for 1 person, if you are a couple or intend to have guests during this period, please let me know.
2. Be very quiet beetween 10 pm and 10 am (open and close doors gently)
4. No smoking.(Smoking is possible only outside of the building, on the street)
7. There is a quite simple and obvious rule: let everything you use as you've found before :-)
