You are a Professional, ONE person and you are looking to rent a fully furnished room (140cm x 200cm bed with mattress, table with 4 chairs, 2 seater pull out couch (sleeping option for your guests), closet, 2 small carpets, 3 little night stands with storage) from 1st of July 2023 in an Adult Flatshare (2 bedroom) clean, in a decent Apartment in Mitte?
The room that you would be renting is in the front of the apartment, the corridor and living room are between the other bedroom and yours. This arrangement gives the front room (your room) a very private setting. The walls are very thick as well, so there is no problem with noise pollution at all. Because this is an old, historical Bank building from 1863, the foundation of the building is very solid.
Long Term Rental is possible. Registration is possible. The rent includes everything! Please note that the rent is not negotiable. No extra money is being charged in this arrangement. The rent includes all additional costs such as electricity and Internet (Wifi and Wlan cable directly in the room).
Condition for the rental contract: Proof of income before you sign and
2 months deposit before you get the keys. As long as the ad is up IT IS available. This NOT A SCAM. Paperwork for proof of payments.
Visitation of the room is possible from the 10th of June, meeting the other Tennant from the 16th of JUNE (due to travel).

The apartment is close to the U8 Heinrich-Heine or U2 Märkisches Museum and also just 10 min by foot to Jannowitzbrücke (S-Bahn straight to the central sation 15 min , airport in 45 min).
There are nice Cafe´s, Restaurants, 3 Organic Shops, 4 big Supermarkets very close by.
Ostbahnhof Station is a 10 min Bike Ride away and provides Sunday Shopping with a Rewe, Penny and Rossmann.
Also the area has certain clubs very close by such as KitKat Club or Tresor, Sage Club.
Since you are also close to Märkisches Museum, there are many options to have a nice walks on the water or chill in the park.
Also Alexanderplatz is 2 Ubahn Stops or a 5 min bike ride away.
The Location is very central, perfect if you have a bike. You will be anywhere in no time.
