Hi all,
I'm renting my ca. 10m² private room + 25m² living room from 27. August until 03. September 2018. The apartment is in the best city center location of Berlin, it's just 2 minutes walk from Friedrichstrasse S/U-Bahn station - so its very central - in a charming old house and it has 3 rooms, kitchen (very simple) in the living room and a bathroom. It's fully equipped: furniture, refrigerator, wifi and so on. You will stay in a private ca. 10² room + will have access to ca. 25m² living room with the kitchen unit. The rent is only 250€ for the entire time because we would like to ask you to help us with the Airbnb guests that will be staying in the second room. You'll have to meet them in the apartment, give them the keys, clean up their room and keep the living room and the bathroom clean. It shouldn't take a lot of your time. I'm looking for a flexible, responsible and tidy person who will keep the apartment clean and is willing to help with the guests. If you're interested just write me an short e-mail first with your availability during the week for the guests check ins, time when you can move in and the duration for how long you want to stay. You can also what's up me or just give me a call after you wrote me an email with your answers.
