Die Wohnung liegt zentral im Bezirk Mitte, nur 2 Minuten vom U-Bahnhof Nauener Platz (U9) entfernt. Von dort erreichst du schnell den Zoologischen Garten, Kurfürstendamm, Osloer Straße und hast Anschluss an U2, U8, S-Bahn und Buslinie 247.

In direkter Nähe gibt es Penny, Lidl, drei Spätis, viele Imbisse, Pizzerien, türkische Bäckereien, Apotheken und Supermärkte. Pakete kannst du bequem in den Spätis abgeben. Auch zwei Fahrschulen befinden sich in der Straße. Der Plötzensee ist mit den Öffis in nur 10 Minuten erreichbar – perfekt zum Entspannen im Sommer

The apartment is centrally located in the Mitte district, just a 2-minute walk from Nauener Platz (U9). From there, you have quick connections to Zoologischer Garten, Kurfürstendamm, Osloer Straße, and access to U2, U8, S-Bahn, and bus line 247.

Nearby, you’ll find Penny, Lidl, three late-night shops (Spätis), plenty of snack bars, pizzerias, Turkish bakeries, pharmacies, and supermarkets. You can even drop off packages at the Spätis. There are also two driving schools on the same street. The Plötzensee lake is only 10 minutes away by public transport – perfect for relaxing in the summer.

Ich (Birungi weiblich, 29, berufstätig, seit 10 Jahren in Berlin) suche eine Einzelperson als Untermieter. Keine Paare. Das Zimmer ist ab sofort frei, das Untermietverhältnis ist zunächst auf 6 Monate befristet eine Verlängerung ist möglich.

Sauberkeit ist für mich selbstverständlich, ebenso ein respektvoller und achtsamer Umgang mit der Wohnung und miteinander. Ich wünsche mir ein harmonisches WG-Leben ohne Drama – offen, ehrlich, ruhig und freundlich. Kommunikation auf Augenhöhe und Privatsphäre sind mir wichtig.

Keine psychischen Erkrankungen (aufgrund schlechter Erfahrungen). Narzisstisches oder toxisches Verhalten führt zur sofortigen Beendigung des Untermietverhältnisses.

Hi! I’m Birungi (29, working, living in Berlin for 10 years) and I’m looking for one person to sublet a room in my shared flat. Couples are not allowed. The room is available from April 20th, 2025. The sublet is initially limited to 6 months – if we get along well, an extension is possible.
