Hello,
Starting from the 1st of December we are looking for a new flatmate to share our apartment in Mitte. Our apartment is 120sqm shared between 3 people. It is very close to U-Bahn Rosenthalerplatz and takes only 10 min by feet to S-Bahn Oranienburger Str. Nearby you will find nice cafes, bars and galleries.
The room is 20 sqm. Its furnished with a single person mattress, working table, a shelve, commode and wardrobe hanger. There is a big window to Torstr, facing south, so its always very bright. Good and friendly atmosphere inside.
We are both, Julija (39) and Boram (33), involved in creative professions, photography and lighting design. But we are curious and passionate about many other things as well, like art, science and etc. We speak English, German, Lithuanian, Korean, Russian, Polish.
We are pretty easy and relaxed, though mostly spending time at work and home for us is more like a place to rest and feel comfortable. Respect for each others’ privacy and keeping clean is very important for us.
We are searching for someone who is employed, it can also be a PHD student, but rather a person who is professionally established and is more or less our age.
We prefer long-term rentals starting from 6months-1year.
We will be very happy if you will choose living with us and sharing a good and easy spirit. Don't hesitate to come over and have some chat via tea.
