We have a beautiful brightly-lid private room with high ceilings and a private balcony available in our fully furnished and serviced co-living home called ‘Townhouse’.

🏰The apartment:
As the name already suggests, this is a townhouse in the middle of Berlin Mitte that consists of 6 floors. Each floor has 2 to 4 private rooms and there is an elevator to get from A to B. The house offers a truly exceptional feeling of luxury with it’s high ceilings, modern bathrooms, big courtyard/garden, rooftop terrace (with views on the Fernsehturm) and big open kitchen. There are in total 17 bedrooms and multiple shared bathrooms.

🛌The room:
The room (room #12) is fully furnished with beautiful Nordic design. It includes everything you need for comfortable living: a big bed of 140X200cm (including duvets, pillows and bed linen), a desk with a chair, a big closet (with hangers and shelves), storage units under the bed, laundry basket, lamps, plants and other decorations. The attached bathroom has a bathtub, sink and toilet.

📜Our prices are all inclusive and give you:
- rent, water, electricity
- high speed internet
- beautiful design furniture
- 2 times per week cleaning
- biweekly linen change
- shared common supplies (toiletpaper, soap, cooking oil etc.)
