Hello there !,
first things firsts, my name is Manuel, and yes, I am offering a room for rent next to the beautiful Humbolthain park, and also yes, for long term!. Briefly about me, I am from México, and been living in Berlin since 2017. Initially, I came to do an MA, and as all things should be, I decided to permanently stay in Berlin. Long story short, I´ve been living in my own flat for the last year with a colleague of mine but now, she´s moving out and because of that, the room offering.
Your room would be a 13-square meters, very bright and acomodable, it has initially a bed bunk, a wardrobe, a desk and a working chair. Depending on weather my current flatmate leves some stuff behind, you could also get the mattress, small nightstands, but apart from that, you´re free to decorate it as you wish.
About me, I am the person that likes to share some time together but also values my own and the others time,I do enjoy the late beer or cooking something for both every now and then. I like to keep myself busy with my work, going to the gym, hangin out with my friends and a trip every now and then. I like to keep it clean but not a freak about it. Sometimes I like to have my friends over and cook for them my traditional mexican dishes (lucky you if you happen to like mexican food, you´ll get to taste heaven on earth).
So, about the location, its very convenient, there is a bus stop right outside the house the 247. The flat is in the middle of Gessundrbunnen train station and the sBahn Humbolthain. To Gessundrbunnen (U8, Ringbahn, Regional, Bus, S1, S2, S25, S26), station you do 8 mins walking and to S-bahn Humbolthain (S1, S2, S25, S26) its 4 mins walking.
Also in G-brunnen, there are many convenience stores, drugstores, gym, kaufland, aldi, rewe, lidl. On the other side, you have also some small spaties and a post office. The flat is located in the back side, so we don´t get too much noise. The neighborhood is mixed, some families and some young workers around.
