Hello there !,
My flatmate and I will be leaving Berlin for a total of 3 months. First I will leave for 1 month (february) and then, Sol, my flatmate for 2 months (March & April) and because of that, we are looking for someone who is looking a room for three months.
You will stay in my room for the month of February and then, in March and April, in Sol Room.
We are both Spanish speaking speakers, I from Mexico and Sol from Spain, I work in the evenings and will be studying german in the mornings and Sol is working all day long. Sometimes we like to share some dinner together but like to keep things also respectful and respect each other's space.
We both like to cook and share some meals every now and then; I like to go swimming in the evenings too and Sole likes to take some walks in the park next to us. We also like clanning well and keep things organized, which is a big deal as we like to live in a healthy environment.
Regarding the logistics, as mentioned above, you´ll stay in my room for the first month and afterwards, you'd have to move to Sol's room.
Both rooms are very bright, and from mine, you have access to the balcony but you can always use it, we like to keep doors open in a sense of confidence and trust.
Given that its such a short term, we cannot offer anmeldung, sorry for that. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask me and I´ll be more than happy to answer you ASAP. Lastly, please write something about yourself and what will you be doing or are doing in Berlin at the moment so we can get to know you as well.

So, about the location, its very convenient, there is a bus stop right outside the house the 247. The flat is in the middle of Gessundrbunnen train station and the sBahn Humbolthain. To Gessundrbunnen (U8, Ringbahn, Regional, Bus, S1, S2, S25, S26), station you do 8 mins walking and to S-bahn Humbolthain (S1, S2, S25, S26) its 4 mins walking.
Also in G-brunnen, there are many convenience stores, drugstores, gym, kaufland, aldi, rewe, lidl. On the other side, you have also some small spaties and a post office. The flat is located in the back side, so we don´t get too much noise. The neighborhood is mixed, some families and some young workers around.
