Very nice and spacious room in a 2er-WG in Mitte. The room is furnished (except a desk chair). The apartment has a nice kitchen and bathroom. I (Moritz) am moving out and subletting the room until the end of June. You will have a lovely flatmate (Marwan) who is 25 years old, quiet, considerate, clean. He enjoys hanging out together e.g. for joint meals, but he won't impose himself.
The one disadvantage of the room is that the ceiling is very thin and the neighbours above have two young kids who run around and play loudly in their flat. It’s loud from 7am to 8.30am during the week. During the weekend it’s a little unpredictable but also often noisy in the morning. So you shouldn’t be too noice sensitive.
Looking for a responsible and clean person, with experience living in shared flats. The room costs 650 all included. That’s the amount of rent I pay myself, so unfortunately the price is non-negotiable. I’m looking for someone to stay in the room until the end of June. The landlord is quite complicated with subletting the place, so that too is non-negotiable, sorry. It’s a plus if you’re lgbtq 🏳️🌈 but of course everybody who sounds nice, and whose message indicates they’ve read this description, will be considered. I’ll be holding viewings together with Marwan Saturday morning, so please send a brief description of yourself, confirm that the price and the duration work for you, and indicate when you’d be available Saturday morning to come by and look at the flat.
