Hello everyone,
I am renting out my wonderful room with plenty of plants and a nice view for 1 MONTH. My flatmates are very nice people who work during the week, so we are not looking for party people. Participating in weekly cleaning is MANDATORY, with no excuses. If you fail to take care of your duties, you will be asked to leave the flat. We also have a wonderful CAT named Toni, and we expect you to treat Toni as a flatmate.

The flat is on the fourth floor and has a nice view of the surrounding streets, Turmstraße and Beusselstraße, which are lively and colorful areas. Supermarkets of all kinds, subway stations, train stations, and multiple bus stops are all within a 5-minute walk. Plötzensee and Spree are also not too far away.
The flat itself is quite spacious and offers all the luxuries of a shared flat, including a dishwasher, a big kitchen, a washing machine, a cozy living room with comfortable couches, and a big television.
Please note that SMOKING is allowed everywhere in the flat except for the room itself.
