WG-Zimmer zur Untermiete

Wir sind eine herzliche 4-WG (mit dir) in Moabit und suchen ein*e Untermieter*in vom 15.04 bis zum 30.09.2024. Wir machen viel gemeinsam, im Winter mehr drinnen im Sommer mehr draußen, lachen und reden gerne zusammen. Meistens kochen wir zusammen oder füreinander und teilen uns die Kosten für das Essen. Du bist willkommen hier mit einzusteigen, wenn du magst. Wir basteln/bauen viel zusammen für die WG.
Es wäre schön, wenn du ebenfalls ein geselliger Typ bist, und wir sind offen für deinen Input! Für Me-Time hat hier natürlich auch jede*r Verständnis, zumal wir alle Vollzeit (offiziell ;) arbeiten und schon Mitte-Ende-Zwanzig sind.

Deine Mitbewohnis sind:
Emily: Ich lese und reise gerne, mag Pflanzen, gehe auf Abenteuer und bin für meine Freund*innen da.
Merlijn: Ich betreibe eine Fahrradwerkstatt im Wohnzimmer und besetze Wälder.
Marc: Ich lache gerne, bin neugierig und einfühlsam, verbringe am liebsten Zeit mit Freund*innen und im Programmkino. Aktuell bin ich viel mit Seenotrettung beschäftigt.

Wir haben auch viel Besuch von Freund*innen, kurz- und längerfristig, alle sind sehr, sehr sweet und du wirst sie mögen :)

Die Wohnung liegt am westlichen Ende vom Moabit (15 Min Beusselstr., Jungfernheide, Turmstraße) in einer leisen Seitenstraße (EG). Die Lage ist ruhig und eignet sich super zum spazieren, man ist aber schnell auf der Turmstraße. Die WG ist 135 qm groß, mit viel Platz den wir gemeinsam nutzen.
Wir haben eine gemütliche kleine Küche und ein Wohnzimmer und treffen uns im Sommer auch oft draußen am Kanal nach der Arbeit.

Julia ist für ein halbes Jahr weg und wünscht sich, dass ein*e Untermieter*in sorgsam mit ihren Möbeln umgeht und ab und zu ihre Zimmerpflanzen bewässert (können wir aber auch machen). Rauchen in den Gemeinschaftsräumen ist erlaubt, in ihrem/deinen Zimmer jedoch nicht.

Wäre super wenn du zumindest etwas Englisch sprichst, wir sprechen meistens miteinander Englisch.

We are a friendly WG of 4 (including you) in Moabit and are looking for a subtenant from 15.04 to 30.09.2024. We spend a lot of time together, indoors in winter and outdoors in summer. We like to laugh and talk together, usually cook communally in the evenings and share the cost of food. Join us if you like! We do a lot of crafting/building together for the flat.
It would be nice if you are also the sociable type, and we are open to your ideas! Of course, we will also leave you the space you need. We all work full-time (officially ;)) and are in our mid-late-twenties.

Your roommates are:
Emily: I like reading, traveling, plants, going on adventures and being there for my friends.
Merlijn: I run a bike workshop in the living room and occupy forests.
Marc: I like to smile, I'm curious and empathetic, and I love spending time with friends and going to the arthouse cinema. I'm currently spending a lot of time doing sea rescue work.

We also regularly have friends visiting, short and long term. They are all very, very sweet and you will surely like them :)

The apartment is located at the western end of Moabit (15 min to Beusselstr., Jungfernheide, Turmstraße) in a quiet side street (ground floor). The street is calm and the area is great for walks, but you can reach Turmstraße pretty quickly. The flat share is 135 square meters, with lots of space that we use together. We have a cozy little kitchen and a living room for meeting up, or we sit by the canal after work in summer.

Julia will be away for six months and would like a person to take good care of her furniture and water her houseplants from time to time (but we can do that, too). Smoking is allowed in the common areas, but not in her/your room.

We mostly speak English in the house.
