This spacious room is available from June 2024. Min. stay: 4-6 months. It is furnished (180x200 box spring bed, closet, dressers, work desk, chair, shelves, lamps, mirror, curtains, bedding, pillows, extra 140x200 mattress and loads more). It has been painted recently. In addition, it features a balcony. Anmeldung/city registration possible.

5 min. walk to train station S-Beusselstr., 1 min. walk to bus stop, 3 min. walk to REWE, DM, many restaurants and anything you might need for your daily life.

Ivan: 30; master student; originally from Brazil; speaks Portuguese, English and German; living in Berlin for a while.
Francesco: 31; working full-time and PhD student; originally from Italy; speaks Italian, English and German (in progress); living in Berlin for a while.
ABOUT YOU
You should feel comfortable communicating in English as we speak English at home most of the time. Preferably you do not smoke, and if you do so, only on your balcony. And we'd like to get to know you a bit before moving in.
