We are Roman, Adelia, Ilia and Christopher and we live in a shared apartment in Moabit.
There is a room that we want to rent out starting approximately from 15th July until 15th of October (dates are to some extent negotiable)
The price is 430€/month warm (incl. everything and high-speed interned). So the total price for 3 months would be 1290€. Deposit 300€. No registration/Anmeldung.
The apartment is on a nice street on Waldstrasse 48, 10551, Moabit with ping pong tables, cafes, döner and a lot of family friendly activity. The house has a nice young, happy vibe. Roommates are Ilia (data scientist) and Christopher (chef). Well, and us - Roman & Adelia, who will be absent during the time of the rent. You room will be a walkthrough room, which means there are another 2 rooms behind it, where other 2 housemates live (2 doors are visible on the photos). There is a curtain that creates the needed privacy, so it doesn’t bite. Just so you know, you have to be comfortable with that walkthrough situation. Room is pretty spacious and comes furnished and fully equipped. There's a shower and a bath, and two fridges so plenty of space. Any other questions, fire away!
