Hello Berlin! This beautiful large altbau room with high ceilings is available to sublet from 1 Jan 2024 onwards (move-in date possible from 20 Dec onwards). Your living space is 24 + 50 = 74m2. The room has a balcony overlooking a green area so there is plenty of natural light. Even though you are in the middle of bustling Neukölln, you feel like you are in a calm oasis. The furniture in the room can stay (except the office desk and chair), but we can adjust if you would prefer to bring your own furniture. The flat is on the third floor and the living room is very spacious.
The flat is in the best location in Berlin:
🔸️5 minutes from Tempelhofer Feld, one of the world's largest inner-city parks and a perfect place for running, inline skating and summer bbqs
🔸️4 minutes from U8 Hermannstr. (including S41, S42, S45, S46, lots of buses) and 6 minutes from U8 Leinestr.
🔸️surrounded by plenty of bars, cafes and restaurants
🔸️6 minutes from huge Rewe supermarket
🔸️ and about 4 Spätis right in front of your door :)
You will be living with one other amazing flatmate Maura from Ireland:
"I'm Maura, i graduated from textile design in Ireland, now living in Berlin a few years working in social media marketing. In my spare time i go to the gym, go to evening classes, watch movies or go out to meet friends/my partner. I work from home but am out approx 3 days a week and sometimes a few weeks at a time so you often have the entire flat to yourself. Would love a clean, friendly, respectful roomate to share our comfy chill WG."
The rent is 970 euros all inclusive (this is because the flat is very large and you are sharing with only one other person who has a small room). Registration/Anmeldung is possible if you are interested in staying longer than 3 months 😊
