I rent out my furnished room for 6 weeks from July 15 to Sep 1 in our shared appartment in Neukölln. It costs 550 Euro (=366/month) including everything. It’s a 3-bedroom Altbau apartment just next to S-Neukölln.
For our group it’s very important that our flat is not just a place to rent but really a home which we share together. Even though we have busy lifes we take time for common activities in and out of the flat.
About the room and the flat:
The furnished room for rent is 24 m² big and has a balcony. There is a fully equipped kitchen and one bathroom with tub plus two rooms which belong to your roommates:
Tonio, 39, motorcyclist, into meditation, non-violent-communication, punk music, singer-songwriter music, cinema and Sauna. Currently in a coaching training.
Shari, 28 is a juggler and into many different things. She likes to be outside taking the sun, to cook, Makramee, Party, travel...
We are LGBTIA+ friendly and open to all nationalities and cultures.
We are not the cleanest flat, but we appreciate a certain standard and perform weekly cleaning. Although it´s short term we want to make it comfortable together.
