I sublet one room in my flat for six months, starting circa 20.09.2023. The rent is 464,00€, all included ( wifi, GEZ, electricity, warm water) The flat is located in the beautiful Richardkiez in Neukölln, right between Richardplatz and Böhmischer Platz. 8 ms footwalk to S Bahn Sonnenallee and 9 ms footwalk to S/U Bahn Neukölln.
The room measures 16 m2 and is equipped with a bed ( incl. Matrace) , a sofa, a closet as well as a wardrobe, and a lamp. You can of course add additionnal furniture, knowing that the equipement that is already there, stays. The flat has a total surface of 55m2, a full equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub and a cosy balcony. The cellar in the basement can be used , too. I live in the second of in total two rooms.
My lifestyle is calm, sometimes even quiet ( not to be confused with boring! ;-))and the person who will move in, ideally shares those features. I am into cycling, massage, dancing, camping, walks in the nature, cooking, massage, sports, well being. Good music. I speak fluently French, English and German (my native language).
I look for like minded women with a more or less regular life style. And yes you are guessing right : I am not a clubber - no parties at home.
The living together is based on sharing the flat, if we feel like sharing dinner, cooking, do stuff together that's cool, but not a must. We live in a respectful, caring way together allthewhile each of us lives our lives independently. If you look for a flat family, this is perhaps not your place.
Anmeldung is not possible, deposit of 350,00€ is necessary by the start of the rent.
Visits will take place on Sep 2 and 3 and another date in the first week of september.
