We are looking for a lovely short term flatmate.
I am offering my 35m2 for 650€ per month. The price includes all costs. It’s two fully furnished rooms separated by a door in a four people shared apartment. I will be traveling from 30.12.23 until 01.03.24. There is a slight possibility that I will extend my travels until beginning of April. One room is a 21m2 bedroom facing a quiet backyard with morning sunlight. It has a big couch, a video projector and a good sound system. The second room (14m2) is my home office with a big desk (hydraulic) and two monitors. I can take things out depending how much space you need.
Our apartment is a shared space where we communicate openly about our thoughts and feelings. You would share the kitchen, one bathroom and an extra toilet plus a hallway with my three flatmates. One is a psychotherapist (she/they), one a kindergarten teacher (she/her) and freshly moved in a filmmaker (he/him). They are all in mid thirties.
