Zwei Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete // Two rooms sublet

ACHTUNG ZWISCHENMIETE: Die Zimmer sind vom 15.05.24 bis 30.06.24 frei. Nicht früher und auch nicht länger. Die Miete bezieht sich auf den Preis pro Monat - für den gesamten Zeitraum wären demnach 1200€ fällig.

da ich den Sommer über verreist bin, vermiete ich zwei Zimmer in dieser wunderschönen 80qm-Wohnung mit bester Lage in einer der schönsten Straßen Neuköllns mit vielen Bars, Restaurants und Second-Hand-Läden. Die beiden Zimmer liegen direkt nebeneinander und gehen nach vorne raus - perfekt für ein Paar oder Menschen, die sich etwas mehr Platz wünschen. Das eine Zimmer ist um die 25qm und ein Durchgangszimmer in das zweiter kleinere Zimmer mit etwa 14qm. Beide Zimmer haben einen Zugang zu dem Balkon und gehen nach vorne auf eine ruhige Fahrradstraße. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem sanierten Altbau, Holzboden, Stuck, Badewanne und Balkon - alles vorhanden. Es gibt es sowohl eine Spül- als auch eine Waschmaschine. Das größere Zimmer wird von mir eigentlich als Wohnzimmer genutzt und ist möbliert mit Sofa, Esstisch und Schränkchen, das kleinere Zimmer ist unmöbliert.

In der Wohnung befindet sich ein drittes Zimmer, welches zum Innenhof geht und von einer weiteren Person bewohnt wird. Durch den Schnitt der Wohnung fühlt es sich aber eher an als hätte man eine 2-Zimmer-Wohnung mit geteiltem Bad und Küche. Ich schicke auf Anfrage gerne Fotos zu, damit ihr euch selbst ein Bild machen könnt. Noch besser wäre, du kommst einfach mal vorbei:).

In der Wohnung ist kein Platz für Menschen, die auf irgendeine Art rassistisch, sexistisch, trans- oder homophob sind. Auch nicht für einen begrenzten Zeitraum.

as I am traveling for the summer, I am renting out two rooms in this beautiful 80sqm apartment in a prime location in one of the nicest streets in Neukölln with lots of bars, restaurants and second-hand stores. The two rooms are right next to each other and face the front - perfect for a couple or people who want a bit more space. One room is around 25sqm and a connecting room to the second smaller room of around 14sqm. Both rooms have access to the balcony and look out onto a quiet bicycle street. The apartment is located in a renovated old building, wooden floor, stucco, bathtub and balcony - everything is available. There is both a dishwasher and a washing machine. The larger room is actually used by me as a living room and is furnished with a sofa, dining table and cupboard, the smaller room is unfurnished.

There is a third room in the apartment, which faces the inner courtyard and is occupied by another person. The layout of the apartment makes it feel more like a 2-room apartment with a shared bathroom and kitchen. I will be happy to send you photos on request so that you can see for yourself. Even better would be if you just came by:).

There is no room in the apartment for people who are racist, sexist, trans- or homophobic in any way. Not even for a limited period of time.
