Our friend Alexandra is moving out soon. Demi (26) is a brexit refugee and a very lovely funny Chiller! Dragan (35) is also very kind and very easy going person, he is not very often home but when he is always up to hang out and go to dancing. We are a lovely WG very central in Berlin and in the Center of neukölln (S/U Neukölln).
It’s a 20qm furnitured room in full renovated, clean and cozy furnitured 80qm Altbau 3’er-WG!
The room (the picture is not from now) is lovely furnished with a comfortable bed with sheets and bedlines, a (sleeping-)couch, a working space with table and chair, bookshelves, something for your clothes and stuff, WLAN.The flat is a typical Berliner Altbau apartment.
Your room is to the streetside but it’s not really a busy road and you have your own modern roll tops from outside. Your room is bright and has huge walls and Stuck. It’s also very fresh renovated and the room color is white now.
Our kitchen has a new dishwasher, a big fridge/freezer and full equipped with a Nespresso Dolce Gusto coffee machine microwave, toaster and interieur, vacuumer.
Bath full renovated with shower and bathtub, towel warmer and washing machine.
Our WG is located in a chilled neuköllner Kiez close to Richardkiez - a green area with cafes, icecream and restaurants.
The Braunschweigerstrasse connects the two big main roads Karl-Marx Strasse and Sonnenallee. You can reach Sonnenallee and Weserkiez & Maybachufer very short by bike or by walk.
