Hey dear people,
I am renting my room in our Wg with my roommate Hannah. She is a super warm, fun person, works as a socialworker and is 27 years old. In the time I rent my room she also will be a few days away, so that for a little while you would have the flat for ur own.

The flat is located in Neukölln, one of the most booming areas in Berlin right now and really a very vibrant part of the city. The flat is super good conected - two min. away from U8 Boddinstrasse, from where u can reach Alexanderplatz for example very quick, but also the Ringbahn, then five min to Hermannplatz with U8 and U7 and also just five min away from Rathaus Neukölln with another U7. There are also various supermarkets close and a whole shopping center, the Neuköllner Arkaden with cinema and a very nice bar-club-rooftop-great-view-berlin-place called Klunkerkranich. U can also reach a very nice and vibrant bar-area- Weserstr and Pannierstr. within ten minutes by walking…and u have a nice, huge green park also superclose, the Hasenheide if u like it green and relaxing…and food of all kind of cultures everywhere around.

As my roomy is working it would be necesary to leave the party outside and also other people.
*about the flat
The room is nice and simple, moreover clean as our whole flat. Kitchen has everything to cook and there is a washingmachine, the bathroom is nice and clean, as the flat has been renovated recently.
We also have a small sweet garden and terrace- realllly small but at least something- and I am sure Hannah will share it with u.
