Beautiful, creative apartment in Neukölln
Large room, big windows, tall ceilings with abundant natural light and space in an "Alt Bau" Building. The apartment has been creatively renovated; is beautiful and unique w/ juliet balcony. Larger desk available for working in-house. Lots of privacy.
The room is great for anyone visiting Berlin and wants to stay in a local apartment in a friendly neighborhood. Or for someone in between flat shares and temporally wants a cozy home. Accessible to all areas in Berlin via U8. Templehof Feld Park is down the street (6 minute walk) with cafes and restaurants.
My flat mate works full time and is super lovely. Wifi included.
Reason: I am currently a masters student and leaving overseas for 3x weeks
Next to U8 (3 minutes away), 5 minute walk to Templehof Feld, 1 minute away Bars + Cafes + Pizza + Wine in the Kiez... nice kiez flea market (5 minutes away) on weekends
Hermanstraße also has all your supermarkets (Lidl, Biocompany, Aldi, Turkish Market)
U8 Bahn takes you 15 minutes to Alexander Platz
Ring SBahn is 4 Minutes away or 13 minute walk
(Very Convient transport to all Berlin)
Berliner Altbau building, flat share with my friendly flatmate David (25 years old; working full time, very respectful and kind)
