Hey everyone 🙂
We have a room in Berlin-Neukölln nearby Hermannstraße to rent long-term. The room will be 350€ plus monthly expenses and 12m2. It's also next to the living room. The floors are made of wood :)
We have a video of the room here (it's furnished now):

We are excited to see your application and meet you in person! Please send us a message with a short introduction including your job, age and how long you’ve been in Berlin 🙂
The apartment is located between Leinestraße and Hermannstraße, which makes it incredibly easy to get to pretty much any other part of Berlin. There are tons of Spätis and Cafes here (just in case you forget to buy food on a Sunday or holiday). The store owners here are also incredibly nice, and we like to go to a few of them regularly together because they know us now :)
We are an international WG with three awesome internationals. The founders of the WG, Bobbi and I, wanted to create a professional WG for people living in Berlin.
My name is Coster, and I’m a young professional Australian working in Potsdam at Volkswagen on secret future products that you might have seen in the news. I love long walks on the beach (which you won’t find in Berlin, so I have been able to compromise with general bodies of water in Europe, which can also be beautiful if you have a nice cold Späti beer next to you), and I also enjoy travelling. I’ve been on 11 flights so far this year while travelling and that doesn’t include all of the trains and busses I have taken.
Bobbi is doing two master's programmes in German and English literature and is planning on doing a doctorate programme afterwards instead of following the normal path of becoming a poor poet who has disappointed their parents and hides in the corner during family meetings while writing poems. She has also worked in the US, Germany and Japan and plans on spending time in Italy while working at Arcigay.
Dan is an Italian who works on video games. He has lived and travelled more than Bobbi and I combined and has worked in more countries than most people visit in their lifetime. He enjoys sitting at Tempelhof and enjoying the sun that seems to go into hibernation during the winter.
Please send me an email if you are interested in the WG with a description of how long you have been in Berlin, what you do as a job (please note that this WG is now a professional WG, so we will no longer be taking students) and general information about yourself and any expectations.
