Hi,
I'm renting my cosy room out between the 19th of December 2018 until the 8th of February 2019. It won't be possible to come earlier or stay longer.
It is right next to S/U station Neukölln with plenty of supermarkets, bars, cafes and right around the corner from Körner Park. We are on the second floor in the back house. There is direct sunlight throughout the day.
Costs are 450€ per month or 750€ for the whole period I'm away.

You will be staying with my flatmate who is German and speaks English and some Spanish. She is a freelance photographer and super lovely! We are looking for someone who isn't a party animal and enjoy an open space and keeping it tidy. She is vegan but you do not have to be. We enjoy cooking and sharing meals with one another now and then. We have our doors open most of the time, but also respect and enjoy our personal time alone.
The apartment is fully equipped with all you'll need for your stay. You can smoke in the kitchen.
