Unsere Wohnung hat außerdem noch Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine, ausgestattete Küche und in der Wohnung rauchen wir nicht. Zu haben wäre das Zimmer ab sofort und bis mindestens zum 05.03 evtl sogar auch langfristig verfügbar. Aber lesen Sie selbst! ;)
the most important thing, that thing's are good at home! That one can completely relax, feel at ease and happy, just feel comfortable and fuel up with new energy for when we have to go outside again :-) While going outside is a pleasure in and of itself, when you live here! Our neighbourhood, honestly the best Neukölln ever: Richardkiez. We live right on Richardplatz in the most beautiful Haus (Altbau) and share a lovely, very generous spacious flat.
The room that will be yours truly is about 20 sqm, furnished with all that you need and we would be happy to invest in further furniture if needed. Plus a subherb huge living room with balcony southwards and additionally to that we share a kitchen with a big table and we also have a really big balcony. Life in the flat is rather calm, everyone is busy with life, but we're always happy when we meet each other. Two wonderful flatmates, good vibes, dish washer, washing machine and a bath tub included :)
Just a quick heads up to the pictures as they show the balcony room as a bedroom. There will be a room swap happening the next couple of days as we decided to turn the beautiful balcony room to a shared space as sharing makes anything bigger.
